Conference fees

Full Conference entitles the attendee to attend the main conference plus all workshops and tutorials. It includes Welcome Reception and Banquet. Note that 'On-site registration' will not guarantee participation to the banquet due to limited availability and organizational reasons.
Workshops Only entitles the attendee to attend only the workshops (October, 28th). It does not include social events.
Deadlines for registration are the following:
- Early: ends on September 27th, 2019
- Late: ends on October 17th, 2019
After October 17th, 2019, only on-site registration will be available.
A limited amount of extra tickets for social events is available, and must be purchased within the late registration deadline:
- Welcome reception: 25€
- Banquet: 80€
Payment methods
The registration fees payment can be done either with Credit Card/Paypal or bank transfer. Please notice that the registration to the conference won't be confirmed until the payment is received (it may take few days in case of bank transfer).
VISA
If you need an invitation letter for a VISA application, please write to the local organisers at prima2019@di.unito.it and provide them with the following information:
- Your full name as it appears in your passport
- Your work address
- The title of any accepted papers
Student grants
Two student grants are available. They are offered by the Italian Association for Artificial Intelligence (AI*IA). They reimbourse the full conference early registration fee for a student.
The applicants must:
- Have registered before the early registration deadline;
- Provide a motivation letter with the activities they will carry out at the conference (paper presentation, workshop attendance, tutorial attendance).
